SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Gift Pixie.

We aim to carefully prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every gift arrives beautifully presented and ready to enjoy.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping Areas

Gift Pixie currently ships Australia-wide. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside of our control
  • Gift Pixie is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once orders have been dispatched

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Gift Pixie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or redirected parcels.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pixie@giftpixie.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will assess each case individually and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, customers authorise the shipping carrier to leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to receive the delivery, unless otherwise requested. Gift Pixie is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.
