REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Gift Pixie, we take great care in creating and packaging our products to ensure they arrive beautifully presented and ready to gift.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selections, or delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

We are also unable to accept returns on:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Opened self-care, cosmetic, bath, or food products
  • Gift hampers that have been opened or tampered with

Please ensure all order details, shipping addresses, and product selections are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pixie@giftpixie.com.au with: 

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery, Gift Pixie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
